The Ulum Group is a public relations/public affairs firm founded in 1995. With 10 employees in Eugene and Portland, the firm has grown to represent a broad range of government, nonprofit and business clients, and is ranked in the top 10 firms (#4) in Oregon as measured by revenues (Portland Business Journal). Our staff has more than a century of combined experience.

The firm has handled a number of complex projects for clients at the local, regional and national levels, drawing on our skills in media and government relations, issues management, planning, research, and public information and education campaigns. Our roots in Oregon are deep and our collective work experience is broad and varied. We collaborate on many projects with research, design and production professionals as well as other marketing specialists.
